About the Founder – Niamh Connolly
After successfully navigating a career change from Finance to Change & Transformation, I established Changetech Consulting working as a service provider to larger consultancy firms delivering transformation to their clients across all Industry sectors. I’ve since evolved my business offering tailored services to SME’s, supporting them to navigate change and introduce models that fit their business needs.
I believe in making time to learn and I volunteer my time as a committee member with the Change Management Institute Ireland. Supporting Change Practitioners and leaders to grow their skills in delivering change.
